1.- Contracting Parties:

On the one hand, the Service Provider and owner of the website, Viajes San Cecilio S.L.U. with CIF B18532399.

The USER, who accesses this website, with his/her personal data, for which he/she is fully responsible for its veracity.

2.- Object of the contract:

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the purchase and sale of tickets between the user and Viajes San Cecilio SLU.

3.- General Terms and Conditions.

Viajes San Cecilio S.L.U. may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these terms and conditions by publishing these modifications on the Website, so that Users are aware of them before purchasing the chosen tickets online.

It is therefore the user's responsibility to read and understand these conditions when purchasing tickets for the different monuments through this website, and the acceptance of these conditions entails:

• That the User declares to be of legal age, and to have the necessary legal capacity to contract through the Website - Is bound by these General Conditions, accepting all the obligations arising from this contract.

The user is responsible for the veracity and consent, for the use of personal data used for the purchase process of the tickets, so it will be exclusively the responsibility of the user the use of data of third parties for the purchase of tickets, through this website.

4.- PURCHASING PROCESS.

Each user accessing this online ticket shop must follow the following purchase process:

• You will need to choose the type of tickets, and the number of monuments and products offered.
• Enter the number of tickets and the corresponding rate. The applicable prices and discounts will be automatically configured according to the chosen products.
• Enter the personal details of the person making the purchase, being the sole responsibility of the latter the veracity of the data entered.
• Access the shopping basket where you can check the breakdown of the products chosen, discounts applied, and the final online purchase management charge.
• Proceed to payment by the chosen payment method.

• No format other than the official ticket issued by the website www.ticketsgranadacristiana.com or purchased at the monument's ticket office will be valid, except those specified in specific contracts. Access to the monument will be denied to visitors who present a ticket with a different format.

5.- PRICES

The following ticket types are available:

• INDIVIDUAL: A person and a monument or product.
• COMBINED: one person and several monuments or products.

The amount corresponding to the management of the online purchase of the tickets will be added to the prices set for the tickets. This amount will be €0.50 for individual tickets and a percentage of 8% on the value of the combined ticket. According to current legislation, these management services are subject to VAT of 21%, which is already applied on these amounts.

The prices indicated on our website are those in force, except for typographical errors. They are fixed in Euros and are exempt from VAT according to the applicable regulations: article 20.1.1.14.º b) and c), of Law 37/1992, of 28 December.

The prices will be established automatically according to the type of tickets, the chosen tariff, and the number and type of monuments and services chosen by the user, so that during the purchase process the total cost of the bill and its breakdown can be seen at all times.

The discounts applicable to each rate and product will be automatically applied during the purchase process.

Children under 12 years of age are admitted free of charge.

In the case of reduced fares, it will be compulsory to show the accrediting documentation at the ticket office of the monument, so it is the responsibility of the user to carry the accrediting documents of the recognition of disability, large family card, or student card, if such accreditation is not possible, the discount will not be applied.

6.- METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment for tickets can only be made by credit or debit card issued by VISA or MASTERCARD.

The use of third party data when making payment is the sole responsibility of the user.

7.- VALIDITY

Tickets purchased will only be valid on the day chosen for the visit. The time chosen for the visit is approximate, depending on the number of visitors.

The online purchase of these tickets, regardless of their simple or combined nature, DOES NOT GRANT preference in the entrance to the monuments over other visitors who are at the entrance to the monuments. This access will be regulated in compliance with the sanitary conditions of the moment and the capacity allowed in the monuments.

The ticket will be valid both in its digital version and in physical format (paper) as long as it can be recognised by the computer code reader, tickets that are not recognised by this means will not be accepted. They will be validated at the entrance to the monument on presentation of an ID card, passport or other official identification document.

8.- RULES OF THE VISIT.

Visiting hours and days may be altered due to the needs of religious worship at each of the monuments.

The visit to the monument must at all times respect the religious character of the monument.

The instructions given by the monument staff must be observed at all times.

The use of mobile phones is not allowed during the visit.

Each monument will indicate the essential rules for visiting it, so it is the responsibility of the user to inform themselves and comply with them during their visit. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the visit.

Pets are not allowed.

Eating and drinking is not allowed inside the monuments.

9.- CANCELLATION POLICY

Without prejudice to the rights of the user and consumer in terms of cancellations, established in Royal Decree 1/2007, and other complementary laws.

Tickets purchased are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• In cases arising from the current health situation of COVID 19, in which the health authority does not allow visits to the chosen monuments, with the possibility of changing the date of the visit.
• In cases where special requirements of religious worship do not allow access to the monument.

In these cases the user will have the possibility to change the date of the visit at no additional charge.

Viajes San Cecilio cannot guarantee the time of access to the monument, as it depends on the organisation of each monument, the capacity allowed and the number of visitors. Therefore, the time chosen by the user when purchasing the ticket is for guidance only and is not binding, and will not be a reason for cancellation or refund of the price paid.

Under no circumstances will the amount of the management fee established in the ticket management and sales system be refunded.

Likewise, there is no right to a refund when the visit is not carried out for reasons attributable to the user.

10.- Resolution of incidents.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions of Purchase and, where applicable, the Special Conditions that may be applicable, shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall be applicable in all matters not provided for in this contract in terms of interpretation, validity and execution.

The parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada to resolve any controversy that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these General and Particular Conditions.
